Managing Reports Just Got Easier
The new Saved Reports feature allows you to efficiently save, view, and manage your most-used filters, eliminating repetitive setup and letting you focus on what matters most. What is the Saved Reports Feature?
Saved Reports enables you to store customized filters—such as a timeframe, boards, labels, and members—for easy reuse. Whether you're tracking your team's hours, sending an invoice for a client or preparing stakeholder updates, this feature makes accessing recurring data a breeze. You can also set your reports to run automatically on a schedule and receive them directly in your email inbox.
How Does It Work?

- Select Your Filters – Customize your report by choosing the filters you want to save, like boards, labels, and members.
- Press the "Save Report" Button – Save your configuration with a single click.
- Choose a Title – Enter a title to easily identify your report later.
- Review Your Selected Filters – Double-check your filters to ensure everything is set up just right.
- Set Up Recurring Reports – Decide how often you’d like to receive an email with your report—daily, weekly, or monthly.

- Access Saved Reports – Head to the Saved Reports section in Assista to view and manage all your previously saved configurations.

- One-Click Management – Open detailed reports, share them with a link, edit or delete outdated ones right from the interface.
